Questions about Pathway Grid

Straight answers to the questions to explore before a first deployment.

What is Pathway Grid?

Pathway Grid is an operational readiness solution for care delivered outside hospital. Its model connects signals about equipment, consumables and services with shared readiness, coordinated action and verified recovery.

Who is it for?

Pathway and service leads, operational teams, healthcare providers, regions, municipalities and care systems working across organisational boundaries. Suppliers can contribute relevant operational updates within an agreed scope.

Does it replace clinical records or discharge planning?

No. Pathway Grid focuses on operational readiness. Clinical records, discharge plans and coordination processes continue to serve their own roles. Existing systems may provide relevant operational signals, with supported connections agreed for each deployment.

Can we start with one pathway?

Yes. Start with a defined operational need, dependencies, contributors and success measures. Wider adoption can be scoped across services and organisations as the operating model and evidence become clear.

Which integrations are available?

We provide an open API for your suppliers to connect to Pathway Grid. We use only the minimum data needed for your agreed rules to monitor operational signals. Suppliers can also provide this data through a CSV file, so you can start without an API integration.

Does pathway monitoring need patient-identifiable data?

No. The model is designed around operational and cohort-level information without patient-identifiable data. Website enquiries and user accounts can still involve personal data; deployment governance must address the actual information processed.

How is pricing agreed?

Pricing reflects the scope you choose. Start with a single pathway, expand across your organisation, or scale across the connected healthcare system. We can review the options and agree an appropriate proposal during your demonstration meeting.

How do we arrange a demonstration?

Use our contact form to tell us about your organisation, the pathway or service you have in mind and the operational question you would like to explore. Please leave out patient-identifiable and sensitive clinical information.
